Ingredients
5kg of fatty beef (1) Pack idospices 170g Boerewors Spice Blend (1/4) Cup brown Vinegar AND/OR Worstershire sauce (2) cups of water
Mix all Ingredients as per method below Method
§ Put all meat through the mincers MEDIUM OR COARSE plate § Mix all dry ingredients through minced meat (mixing thoroughly) § Then sprinkle vinegar AND/OR worstershire sauce and water throughout mince, mixing thoroughly § Then put all ingredients through the mincers MEDIUM OR COARSE plate again. (all meat, herbs, spices, water and vinegar must be mixed thoroughly together) § En-case in thick sausage skin, pack in full coil. (Hog skin is recommended)
