The ingredients of chilli, turmeric, coriander, fenugreek, ginger, cardamom, cumin, fennel, cinnamon and cloves, create a curry of a fuller flavour with a distinct HOT chilli taste. Durban curries are well known for their pungent chilli and with the addition of fresh ginger, garlic and curry leaves, the flavours become even more enticing and delicious to the last mouthful. No need to add another single spice when using our Durban curry powder, masala, as we have taken care to add all the ingredients, then blended it into one easy to use curry powder. Cinnamon stick, fennel seed and garam masala are already added to the curry powder in a roasted, ground form, so there is no need to add any additional spices, just only add your fresh ingredients. 200g pack makes (16) curries
